Still at Kellie's Castle, this time I mounted my tripod at the hallway where the lines & bricks just gave me the chills when I was capturing it. But then waiting for people to get out of the way just made me ignored those chills. After I shot the two floors hallway, the wife told me to read about an eerie story behind it...
It was said that people would see figurines when it was late at night walking or more like gliding around these two hallways. It was also said that some researchers of bats and wildlife even caught those figurines on their cameras. Well it explained why I was feeling the chills when I was planting my tripod. Then again it may also be the old tenants of the castle lingering around - but who are we to know.
I was just amazed at the brick works and the decay of it ageing. With HDR I knew it could bring out those essence we could not really see when we shoot normally. The upper level hallway had me waiting for some time due to visitors walking by the castle. The lower level hallway however got me dramatic by going down 2 steps down a stairs to get the shot and way luck just gave in where visitors were not around and being glad no "figurines" was captured during my shutter click! - LOL
