In the ruins

Finding life in the ruins
This was another stop during our road trip using the old road going back to the wife's hometown. Seeing a land with a lot of dying trees made me stop on this uneven road. Looking for a spot to stop the car was even more challenging than placing that tripod for a setup. This part of the road was really "hip-hop" but with all the green scenery we saw and then this, that small voice inside me just told me to stop. Quite sad though to see this because I wondered when didn't they make use of the chopped trees for something at least. Well time will tell...

Finding life in the decay
I went in nearer to even seeing more decay even the stream was very bad seen. I thought I could see any signs of life but on some small trees were coming. I remember a car was honking at me giving support that made me wonder what was he supporting at "me shooting at his place" or (please not be) "reporting this to the press". What ever it was, it was still a nice spot to stop.

Sungai / River - The old road drive towards hometown

(click photo for larger view)
This was another shot/pit stop we made during our journey towards the wife's hometown.

We first swept the old road earlier this year due to the massive traffic of a festive season that held the traffic on standstill just 3 minutes drive after the toll booth. During that time I didn't had my camera as it was sent for repairs due to shutter failure. But during that drive, I never left my third eye behind so does my creative director aka the wife (LOL)!! She was the person who supported me for every scenery shoots. Just as what was said by Sally in Cars; "People don't just drive any more", and boy was she right!! The highway sure saved time but then you'll miss the sceneries and foods the road had to offer. Though we had to stop multiple of times at a lonely winding road but the stops were well worth it (well to me at least)!!

The Bukit Merah Laketown Resort incident!!

Bubbles... My bubbles... (Finding Nemo - Aquarium scene)

The family went down to a water park to have a little more than a tan with this time accompanied by Mommy (it isn't a home without her too!!). And having a camera that is able to go underwater really gives a different view to my third eye. But this time around I was pushing the camera rather than for a good view. This was because the first cam that I bought went south the very day I wanted it to work!! We were on an island & all I wanted was to play snorkelling with the fishes while trigger happy!! Instead, I saw the cam becoming a fish tank instead!! But when I send it for a warranty claim, they gave me a new cam in its latest model!! LOL

Lazy

This b*tch was so lazy that everyone pointed to her ar*e
Sniper shot @ Genting

Been lazy... DAMN lazy... WHAT??!! That sounds normal ah?? Well this one was a little abnormal, well for me that is. I've been so lazy in booting up my computer. Bwahahahahahahaha... all the past few weeks I've been on facebook and email was directly on my mobile phone.

I was so lazy that I didn't realize that I'm only having 2GB of free hardisk space!! (Really critical lah) I don't know why but I was and am still really really lazy to look at the computer, to start it up bla bla bla; yada yada yada... so da many reasons that refrained me - there was once I brought it out of its chamber to its docking station and just left it there.

Now days I'm just having fun offline on my son's PC playing games as if it was some play station. I'm still wondering why because there was a time in my life that I could not live 1 day without the internet... perhaps mobile phone has taken over that job as I can go on the net as when and where as long as the battery life is there?? Bwahahahahahahahaha...

3. Then, our family had a full day of fun at Genting Highlands...

Went with cable car; came back with cable car... and I got this scary shot

NOTE: All photos of this Genting trip (except the 1st and last) were not edited and AS IS off camera.

4. I fell sick for about 2 weeks with asthma, cough, flu and off/on fever.

5. Wife rescued a male which now is becoming my Mimi's boyfriend - he's trying hard, she's playing hard to get.

That's Mimi... about now
That's Mimi... with her Mommy!!

We found this guy and named him Jesper. He was so dirty, so big gun, jumped 8 feet up when being washed but Mimi was just too afraid of him. I think his musk was too strong la and he don't look like a cat that can be easily brought down. He felt missing something, opened the cage and left the cage door opened with food and water but he never returned.

Then came this chap... wife saw him on a friend's FB tagged. Messaged the person and met the vet that was keeping him for 7 months after he was left by his owner. 3 year old and owner left him coz he was purging... well he was all ok here. His initial name from previous owner was AhBoy and when my wife saw him she called him Greg, then when he returned home he was named Lion-O (in conjunction with the Thundercats), the next day after he was playing with me he is now known as Chewie (short for Chewbacca) as he looked like a walking carpet (as what Princess Leia said in Empire Strikes Back) - my Danial (who says its his cat but is still afraid to carry him) shouted at me protesting for the name to be shortened.
Hence... this is Chewie. A 3 year old persian having way a lot of hair and very gentle and like to be rubbed and eventually he will lay on his back for a belly rub.
Chewie and Mimi are living in different cages at the moment due to that Mimi has never got close to a bloke before so smelling each other is a good activity.
Still couldn't see eye to eye
He will always be near her
 6. I have not smoked a cigarette for the past 5 days!! On about 1030 hours 15/02/2011 marked the last stick of cigarette I smoked. I now carry an empty box with a lighter to psycho myself and the wedding event I went after 3 days really challenged my will but I put it out by talking myself non stop to everyone sitting next to me. Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha...
